Can the disc daily site be customized and branded for my business?

The disc daily site is a generic site allowing coaches to create their own page on their own website and brand and specialize as desired.

How can I change my password?

You can change your User Name / Password by following these steps:

Step 1: Login to your account with username and password.

Step 2: After successfully login into your account you are on dashboard. Now click on the Profile tab on the left sidebar.

Step 3: Now scroll down the page and click on the Generate Password button. Now you can see the new password and click on the UPDATE PROFILE button. And you have successfully changed your password.

Do I have the ability to customize my emails?

Yes, there are two options for this:

Option 1. You may download the email template in PDF or HTML format after purchasing the package and login into the login portal with your credentials that is provided by the coaches and customize it as you want and schedule the email through your own platform such as MailChimp for example.

Option 2. In the second option, you have to set up a separate site or subdomain for the membership portal for yourself or your client, after that you/we can customize the email from your setup and change the logo brand and automatically send emails to clients.

Also, you may email and have the customization with your domain or subdomain that you want and scheduling of emails done for you. You will need to include:

  • Logo
  • Color scheme
  • Photos you may want to use
  • Description or image of the layout you want

If you do not have a layout in mind, we can provide you one for your consideration.

Is there training available to help me learn the system and the content of the assessments?

Yes. Once you are a client, you may schedule a phone call with one of our representatives. We will be able to walk you through the system and show you how everything works. As a client, training and support are available to you whenever you need it. You can email to set up your training.

Is it appropriate for me to charge additional fees for DISC Daily to sell to my clients?

Yes! You are responsible to pay your coaches special, wholesale pricing for the DISC Daily. After that, you can charge any retail price you choose. However, keep your competitors in mind and make sure your prices reflect fair market value, which we have assessed at $49 per month or $588 for an annual one-time payment. You can increase price according to how much additional training / coaching you provide.

Coaches have found that including DISC Daily in packages provides extended product offerings as well as great outcomes for those learning the principles of DISC. Some examples of inclusive packages are:

Yes, you can purchase 1-year of branded and automated emails for every client you sign up for DISC Daily. The price is a one-time payment of $150 for the entire year of support for emails. You will need to provide what you want in the header and footer of the email. Example: Provide your logo for Header and your contact and credential symbols for the Footer.
